Five days ago, I sent an update about the recent growth. Below, I will share traction since then and how we plan to continue to build off the momentum today and going forward.

Traction Updates + Continued Momentum

Format: December 31 -> 5 days ago -> today.

• Subscribers: 40 -> 253 -> 486
• MRR: $520 -> $3,286 -> $6,313
• Users: 1228 -> 2868 -> 4,411
• Creators: 70 -> 110 -> 144

This is great to see the continued growth. It's time to build off the momentum so we can get the below flywheel going.

• Creator A joins Upspace -> Creator A creates content on Upspace (workout, recipe, meditation, etc.) -> Creator A invites outside audience (ex. Instagram followers) into Upspace -> New users join and some of these users are creators (Creator B, C, etc.) -> Creator B starts creating on Upspace... -> flywheel continues.

This product is extremely scalable, and if it takes, it will compound fast. If you double a dollar a day by 31 days, you have 4.2B dollars, but on day 12, you only have $4k. I'd say we are at day 8/31.

Here is how we will build off the momentum:

Every Wednesday at 1 pm EST, our creators join together to share on their Instagram stories. The next one goes out today in 20 minutes. About 10 creators with a combined audience of several million will be sharing. Then when new creators join they are immediately encouraged to join the existing creators in sharing the next Wednesday. A good sign to see is if creators begin sharing on their own time with their initiative on different days too. Some are already doing this. We will let you know how this goes.
